The media could not be loaded. Connects instantly! Very loudly so not good to be used when kids are sleeping as the initial start up noise will startle anyone, but I’ve used it out at the park all day and evening a few times and we love it! So cute with it’s little face :) great sound, really lovely bass and a real party necessity! Hopefully it lasts as I am a little bit in love with it lol charge lasts ages! Great piece of portable kit!*update* august 2023, after being left in my van for half of the winter before I remembered (facepalm) I charged bluey up and she works just fine, we have had it out with us all spring and most days inside at the moment, the battery doesn’t last as long as it did but still it goes for a good few hours and works while charging too so the music never stops. Everyone loves this bassy beast, the sound is incredible. I came here to buy one for my kids as they really wanted one but sadly it’s not in stock!*Update jan 2024*Still going! Accidentally left her(she’s fondly loved and part of the family now lol) in the rain after my birthday party in August and she still worked after drying out overnight!!! She’s amazing!! Please bring these back in stock I need to buy more for my family!

Just like the old days .. flashing lights and a great sound

Item seems to be lovely and loud, although I have only twiddled slightly with it. Although I do not think much of the Company being used to deal with your questions that you are passed to. I asked if these speakers could be paired with Alexa, as on Amazon when you put External speakers compatible with Alexa in the search box, these are the first to appear. And the reply received contained no 'Hi, Thank you for your enquiry, sorry, Regards etc. I received a one word answer 'No'. That was it. And I suppose that is what they class Customer Service. So rude

This was simple to set up and use straight out of the box. Sound quality was excellent and volume was good for the medium sized venue we needed it for. plenty of ways to connect it apart from bluetooth though that was good. The only hitches to be aware of is that it makes a bluetooth startup sound of a few pulses when its first turned on and second it dosen't appear possible to turn off the friendly light show from the LEDS around the speakers. This isn't a problem but we needed for my Dad's funeral so in other similar situations it might be worth turning on before the service starts to avoid the connection tune and posibly hang a thin cloth over the speakers if the lights are a problem Fortunately we had a groovy Dad and he would have laughed his socks off at these minor glitches and the sound quality was perfect to play his final send off over.

It’s a shame the sound quality is great. But needs to stay plugged in. Even when plugged in it disconnects from the paired device with a beeping sound

It has good audio sound but the battery life is awful lasts literally 10/15 mins at most without being on charge even at that it still manages to die

Good product but buying a replacement remote control is proving very problematic??

This speaker does not work.I purchased one for a party set it up tested it OK. Decided we needed another for better volume so my husband ordered one from his account. Paired OK. On the day of the party we put the music on . After about 10 mins a loud audio telling to charge speaker repeatedly. OK no problem charged both speakers for many hours. Q start of party. Literally within 5 mins. The loud message telling to charge speakers started again. I had no decent music as these speakers have inadequate battery to hold ANY charge. Fuming beyond words
