Value for money good dice and quantity easy to swallow and effective

I like taking ashwagandha at night - it really does help me sleep, and I notice when I’m not taking it. These Applied Nutrition capsules are 300mg per capsule so about half of the dosage I’m used to, so I’ll be doubling up. To that end it makes the 60 capsule bottle a one month supply rather than two months, and only 15 days if my husband also has them. To that end, they’re not fantastic value for money. But, saying that, it’s KSM-66, the highest quality (and GMP) for ashwagandha, and UK made. As capsules, they’re very easy to swallow with no smell, taste or after taste, and so far are performing just as my others have in terms of sleep and relaxation, so, so far, so good.

I had read about Ashwagandha as a potential aid to deal with stress relief, anxiety and memory recall etc, however it needs to be taken regularly for a couple months to feel the full effects. The suggested dosage is two capsules per day, so in theory you would need to consume two bottles to experience an appreciable difference. Comparing it to other similarly priced Ashwagandha products on Amazon, these have some disadvantages. They are not particularly strong or good value, plus they have not been 3rd party tested. The capsules are easy enough to take, but I’m finding it hard to recommend these when everything is taken into account.
