I used to have a very difficult time falling asleep....every night. I after I began taking ONE Advil P.M. pill before bed time, and, every single time, I fall asleep within 5 MINUTES!! There must be something in these pills that knocks me out like a shot of sodium pennethal!! (sp) I can't say it'd work like this for everyone, but for me, after using these for months now, they are the best thing since sliced bread! My heartfelt THANKS to the makers of this medicine! Feels so good to finally get a decent nights sleep.....ALL night long without waking up.

I have been using Advil pm for years now. They help my RSD in my left foot. And help me sleep as well.

Advil is an anit-inflammatory medication that allows me to sleep well through the night after being hit by a speeding vehicle that left the scene of the incident. Even though it has been a year, I still suffer from pain caused by two complete breaks that caused the tibia to separate and move apart in a horizontal manner and needed metal and screws tp hold the tibia together.

This is my go to when I need to sleep. Don't feel groggy in the morning and I think it works better than the liquid gels. Appreciate the size as this is a household of 4.
