Regular powder texture, pretty decent to get down the hatch but it does has like a sour taste when you first use it

Great product

Creatine is amazing quality but i take this daily (as you should be) and training 5-7 days a week. it recommends 4 scoops which is short of 5g at only 750mg. So I take about 5 scoops daily and this bottle lasts me about 2 weeks tops. Looking for an alternative honestly because of the price. other than price like i said, im getting amazing lifts and pumps at the gym while getting leaner with less bloating unless I take the scoops at night. I dry scoop with 8 ounces of water at least and it’s definitely bitter/sour but not too bad.

Cleaner option that mixes well and feels lighter I have been using this creatine HCL for a while now and I can definitely tell a difference compared to traditional monohydrate. With monohydrate I would often feel puffy or like I was holding extra water but this does not seem to happen here. It feels lighter and more clean while still giving me the strength and recovery boost I want. The powder mixes smoothly in water or shakes with no clumps or grit and there is no strange aftertaste. It also has not caused any stomach issues which I have run into before with other creatine supplements. Performance wise I have noticed my endurance and recovery time are better and it is helping me keep definition without the water retention. For anyone who likes the benefits of creatine but wants to avoid feeling bloated this is a great option to try. Highly recommend it if you are looking for something effective and easy to take.

Not impressed at all. Unfortunately my container came unsealed and was half empty already, and Amazon was great at fixing that issue. But the main reason I'm giving a single star is because the container was very very small and the value isn't there for the price. There's no way 75 servings are in there even with the tiny dosing scoop they included. I decided to look elsewhere for my HCL... this was a disappointment.

works great for me, helped me lose 5 pounds on and off in the same week using it after doing cardio on my bike for 3 weeks straight prior not losing much mass, i was on creatine before but just stopped to maximize my natural growth, my new reason to use creatine is to help me lean down so hopefully it proves with more use! Great product as i use, seems to be helping me cut quickly because i see more vascularity and shape and it’s showing quickly than prior before use (i’m 190 lbs 6”4) used to weigh 280 fat, I started creatine at 215 first time knocked me down to 205 then i went off creatine down to 195, that became a point where i knew i wouldnt lose as much fat compared to muscle mass and i’d have to work even harder to tone but creatine really helps keep your muscles energized and your body supplemented with water so you can also work out longer, therefore getting stronger and leaner faster, i also noticed increased energy levels and brain function (Thinking more critically, Overall high energy throughout the day) i felt tired day by day before taking it because my body was tired of doing all that extra healing probably hahahaha give it a try its a good flavor, no nasty stomach bloating, no gritty mix in your water, good for the price 👍 TY
