I bought The Sleep Company recliner a few weeks ago, and honestly, it’s been one of my better furniture purchases. I was looking for a comfortable single seater recliner chair that I could use daily, not just occasionally, and this one is just perfect. If you don’t have a lot of space but still want that laid-back comfort, it's for you! The seat recliner is very supportive. I’ve spent long hours on this chair while working on my laptop or watching movies, and it doesn’t feel stiff. This motorized recliner chair functions smooth and easy to use. Best part? It fits in my tiny Mumbai living room! It's the appropriate size for a single person to sit and enjoy. Please don’t purchase from Sleep company, They had a hydraulic cable that got disconnected during the order delivery, post that the technician instead of putting a replacement order or asking me to put one, he put a temporary fix by sticking with a tape. After one year of purchase - my recliner is riddled with issues where the recliner doesn’t work and the company charges me an extra 4K for replacing the hydraulic cable and blames me for not getting the cable fixed when the first time this happened. Their technicians nor the support team tend to take no responsibility for the temporary fixes or how the cable got damaged in the first place or what the technicians were doing during their every visit. I would skip this recliner if the quality of support is this bad.

It looks greyish.. - Adjustable inclination is worth it to go for motorised one than manual one.. - Cushion is soft but felt mild hot after half an hour seated.. - Rocking is not smooth.. some friction noise is heard.. will request for support..
