Great value and a refreshing choice
We’ve outfitted our vacation home’s bathrooms with this model Moen. It represents a tremendous value since it includes the valve, too. We have one in satin nickel and now this one in chrome. The Satin Nickel is much harder to keep clean than our similar Kohler faucets. Thus we opted for this chrome one. It is functional, works great and has a quite capable and refreshing shower head included, too. One caveat: the shower arm is not very long or versatile. If you have a small stand up shower stall, look to get one of those adjustment gizmos that increases the angle, letting the spray not push as far outward.

Couldn’t be happier!
Love the handle and the amount you turn it to get water warm.At first it didn’t mix warm, I could only get all cold or all hot. I figured out since I am using propane water heater that I had to remove the water sense water reducer in the shower head, once I did that, it worked like a charm.There is nothing I don’t like about it.Installation was easy, I used pex and shark bite fittings. Thrilled to have a warm shower finally!

Leaked from day one
Never worked properly even though professional plumber installed it. In contact with Moen currently. Will update to see if they will honor warranty - with replacement and/or service.--update-- spoke with Moen. The best customer service I have had in my entire life. The representative analyzed my problem and offered to send me new parts via Fedex. I live in Costa Rica. The parts arrived 3 days later. I was shocked to see it cost them $65 to send the replacement parts! Wow. Moen may cost more than some other manufacturers but they truly back their products. Not many companies nowadays have that integrity. Bravo!

Quality, works well
Quality, works well. This is the second one of these that I have purchased. The trim pieces are basic, but I bought this more for the valve than anything. The valve works very well, the handle is also metal and polished well. I would recommend this.
