Maybe a little too sweet but it doesn't taste sour. It needs a bit of mixing but its an efficient way to get building blocks without loading up on heavy protein for you intermittent fasters out there!

Been using this product for couple of years now. Inner & outer seal came off easily. Usually go with cherry lime & tigers blood. This batch of tigers blood was made with poor quality. Has no flavor & doesn’t settle down well after drinking.

Taste amazing. Not sure if it does anything. Mixes real well. Always takes my body out of ketosis. Taste clean doesn’t mess with stomach. I would rate 5 stars if it didn’t say keto friendly and then it turns out to be false. If anyone knows what it’s like to be thrown in and out of the keto flu then they would understand.

Amazing flavor, I got the tigers blood flavor and throughly enjoy it. I drink it as an intra workout and will continue to get this product

The coconut taste bitter. I love coconut...Will try one more flavor. Do not enjoy drinking.
