Q: Do sizes run larger or smaller? or are they pretty true to size? i'm usually a small or medium but the hospital scrubs i'm provided with, i wear an xs

The plus sizes run slightly small. I’m 3x and it was just slightly too small. If you don’t mind showing a roll, choose your true size. Otherwise size up 1 size.

I think you would be ok with xl pants possibly 2xl. I wear a size small pants and currently wear size 8 pants and wore size large when I wore size 16 pants. Shirt size is comparable to what I wear in other clothes so if you wear size xl in tops you should be able to wear xl in most of their scrub tops.

Q: Is this just the top or top and bottom price?

All the ones I’ve bought have been single garmet prices (no sets)
