Unique sound
Great whistle with a unique sounds compared to whistles with a pea in them. Good way to stand out when you have multiple games going on and players are trying to listen for their games whistle and drown out the others.

Loud enough
Once we got these we took them outside and tested them. They can be heard for at least a 1/4 mile, which will be good for our kayaks to locate each other should we lose site. I was a little disappointed with the lanyards, they are minimal and not sturdy at all, so we will be changing those so we don't lose the whistle.

Great Whistle For Cold Weather
These whistles work well and being plastic instead of metal, are very important to have during the cold sports months here in the north with our winters with colder temps, so fall football games/practices and spring baseball games/practices it's important to have a plastic whistle to use so your mouth doesn't stick to a metal one. Good purchase, strong and durable lanyards, good quality sounding whistle which is pretty loud and gets attention quickly. Would purchase again.
