I have struggled with PCOS since I was 16 and like most women with this condition doctors are not helpful nor have they offered any advice to combat symptoms associated with the condition.I struggle with irregular periods, shocking sugar cravings and never feeling full, weight gain, bloating and constant fatigue.I bought another brand previously and didn’t notice the benefits until I stopped taking the tablets.I am 6 days into the tablets and I am astounded by the difference of how I look and feel. I no longer feel constantly exhausted, my sleep time has reduced to under 8 hours from over 10 hours. I use to still feel exhausted when I woke up, I now feel like I have more energy. I don’t feel as foggy as I can do and my bloating has reduced significantly.The sugar cravings have gone and I no longer feel constantly hungry. I can tell my weight has already gone down which is partly to do with the reduction in bloating and consumption of sugar. I do maintain regular exercise with a good diet which I do recommend to try do while taking these tablets.
