It’s not often I come across a supplement that is so quickly noticeable to take effect.Due to auto immune conditions, I have to undertake a strict plant free Keto diet (carnivore) and choose to supplement magnesium. Not only is this the most bio available form, it’s very clean and affordable - and made in this country!I’ve been taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening - noticeably less calf cramps when waking up and better sleep.The only ‘improvement’ for me would be a gelatin capsule.I’d love to see CLN make a clean Zinc L Carsonine!

I have been taking magnesium supplements for a while now to assist with sleep. It's nice to find a higher strength capsule as I only have to take one instead of two.The capsules themselves are fine. They are a pretty standard size and texture.

These are truly life changing for me as I have suffered for years with inconsistent and broken sleep. I have been taking these for around 4 months and I can count on one hand how many bad nights sleep I have had in this period. Which is basically unheard of for me. Amazing.

I primarily bought this product to help improve my sleep, but also for the benefits to muscles after the gym. I frequently woke up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason and then couldn't get back to sleep for ages. Since taking the magnesium supplements I have slept through the night without waking up once so they have definitely helped my energy levels throughout the day just by helping me sleep better!I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening.I'm about to place my 2nd order for them. Very happy with the product :-)

I've only been taking one a day as it's not clear how much each capsule contains and anything in excess of 350mg for a woman and 400mg for a man is dangerous. It says 400mg on the front of the container. Is that for each capsule? 4 tablets 1200?
