Adhesive backing. If you need to use a screw there’s a place in the middle for a screw. Add a zip tie and you can route wires up a wall or along a baseboard. Tangle of wires behind your desk? This is just the ticket.

Need better adhesive
Used these on my boat nice clean surface where some old ones had been for 30 years however after a few months some had come loose could use a better adhesive backing

They do not stick
These do not stay put. I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to pull my hair out because the Christmas lights were on the floor of my business. Now I just have a bunch of these all over the front of the business and patches I need to paint where they fell off.
