I recently purchased the Bestqool 150 LED Red Light Therapy Panel and couldn’t be more impressed. Setup was quick and easy, with clear instructions and all necessary accessories included---> goggles, hanging kit, braided steel cables, power cord, and even a splicing sheet for connecting multiple units. They also included a sleek VIP black card with QR codes for fast warranty registration and customer support, which I really appreciated. For my first session, I used it for 30 minutes on my back while seated->and the warmth felt amazing! I could feel it reaching deep into the muscles. I’m planning to use it daily and rotate body areas like my chest and joints. I’ll likely be adding the stand soon for more flexibility. Overall, this device feels solid, professional, and thoughtfully designed. Excited to track my results over time!

Let me start out by saying I was a bit skeptical about Red Light Therapy (RLT). I had heard a lot about RLT for a year or so and then Gary Brecka speak about it on Joe Rogan and I decided to give it a shot. I researched the best RLT device for the value and found BestQool 150 LED 240watt device on Amazon. I am not paid to write this review, just my honest opinion of a product that offers exceptional results. First, I grow plants indoors and have invested in high quality plant lights. The design and overall fit and finish of this light is superb and coincidentally, very similar to my high-end plant lights. Second, it was highly important to me to have a light that works in the 660nm & 850nm ranges as these were the most studied and validated therapeutic light ranges. My son is a chemist and has access to a light spectrometer. Our spectrometer read 660nm & 850nm for the RLT and infrared therapy settings respectively. So we were confident we purchased the perfect light. Peace of mind is everything! Then we set out to see if the light actually did what it claimed to do. Without getting too scientific, RLT is thought to excite the mitochondria into dropping Nitric Oxide and gaining an Oxygen molecule. When this occurs, the mitochondria (cellular power plant) becomes significantly more productive and produces 30 times more ATP. This equates to more energy! The body then uses this energy to repair things (muscles + bone), restore collagen to skin, and most importantly, reduce inflammation. To test this we purchased nitrogen test strips, essentially to test the nitrogen spilling off into urine and looked for changes before and after. **MAJOR CAVEAT** When we were well hydrated, about 1 hour after a 20 minute RLT session, the nitrogen test strip tested dark red to indicate high levels of nitrogen were present. When I preformed the test and was not well hydrated, the test strip showed red and only a moderate increase in nitrogen. Basically, we proved the light is doing exactly what it claims to do and was more effective when well hydrated. I have only had this light for 1 week and have not had enough time to report on results, but will keep the post active and report on actual results in the coming weeks and months. I can tell you anecdotally though, my energy is through the roof, I feel like my allergies have almost completely resolved (reduced inflammation??), my night leg pain is completely gone (this is a god send), and my quality of sleep has significantly improved. So far, I am amazed by the benefits of using this light for only 20 minutes a day. So far, the verdict is: THE BESTQOOL RLT UNIT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Great product, I am using this device for my husband’s carpel tunnel and beauty for myself. Already I can see the difference from one use in my red pigmented pores (chicken skin maybe translucent skin. I’m not sure what it did but the spots are nearly gone from one treatment. I’ve had these spots for 20 years and I even had them gently co2ed but I could still see them. I can’t wait to use the product on my legs. The light was very bright. I purchased and returned a different product and ended up returning it and buying this one instead. The product that I purchase prior did not have the power to produce the results that it claimed. (Brightness) This product comes with fans and lights up my room 100 times more in comparison. This device is medical grade. I feel confident based on the design that it is engineered to produce the results as claimed.

I've received my BQ150 way faster than anticipated, which was a great plus. A few notes already: - comes well protected and safely packed so no worries about getting a broken light (mine travelled to the literal opposite side of the world) 📦 - it's very sturdy and well made, you can tell this is a premium device and not some cheap 100$ knock-off. 💪 - includes all of the accessories, including the goggles, suspension system and stacking system. 🪢 - is it MASSIVE! So it covers a large surface area. ☀️ - it is super BRIGHT 😎 Definitely wear the goggles! - it is very quiet, even after a while the machine just emits a quiet humm 🤫 - there is an extensive manual attached, so you don't need to worry about how to get started 📖 So far I've only used it a few times and will edit this review after with detailed results. However, I have spent months researching the best panel for my needs and am happy I went with BQ150! If you're on the edge still, this baby is worth every penny! 👏

This matches equipment used by DC, DVMs, Naturopath's and MDs. After using this since Nov 2024 I find this unit matches the durability of the units in my office for treating my patients. It is solidly constructed, has outstanding cooling but not noisy fans. It is outstanding for home use.

Very sturdy design and I like that it comes with a bracket so you can mount it. The timer on it is helpfull as well. I also like that you can adjust whay type (how many nm/strength of the light) of light therapy you want to use so you can tailor ot to your specific needs.

L'appareil est spartiate et bien qu'il semble de bonne facture de prime abord, l'isolation électrique laissait à désirer sur le mien. En effet, une fois branché, lorsqu'on le touche par endroit on sentait des picotements (mini decharges?). De plus il est indiqué que la puissance est de 98,7 mW/cm2 à une distance de 7,6 cm, ce qui correspond à 24,67 mW/cm2 à une distance de 15 cm (6 pouces exactement, ce qui est la distance généralement testée sur ce genre d'appareil). Ce qui le classe parmi les plus faible du marché. D'autres modeles de la marques sont testés sur la chaine Youtube d'Alex Fergus (Red Light Therapy), ce qui permet de connaitre leurs puissances exactes. Bref, c'est dommage et j'ai du le renvoyer.

Schnell geliefert und mit CE Zeichen! Für die Dosierung habe ich folgende Daten gefunden: 7.5 cm -> 96.2 mW/cm2 15 cm -> 57.0 mW/cm2 30 cm -> 48.8 mW/cm2 Leider fehlt eine Zeiteinstellung für 15 min. Es gehen nur 5/10/20.. min. 15 min wir oft als optimale Zeit angegeben. Das Panel ist nicht ganz leicht was mit vertikaler Anwendung ok ist. Für Horizontale Anwendung muss ich mir noch eine Vorrichtung bauen. Erste Erfahrung mit der Bestrahlung ist sehr angenehm.
