like I said it has a poor design, the safety feature on the back by the plug in does not make contact , so there it fails safety . heat output very limited for the electricity it uses

The heater works OK, but it came with a remote that doesn't. It's strange that there is nothing in the instructions about a remote. However, there was one in the box, but it doesn't work. We tried inserting the batteries both ways, but it still doesn't work.

I use the heater in the bathroom.

It’s not perfect for large rooms but being that it is portable I can take it from room to room and keep warmer than without it. My home is very old, thin un-insulated walls of a mobile home and single pane windows.

Product does not work as it was advertised. Would not recommend it.

This product didn’t even heat up my bathroom with the door closed. I set it to 82 degrees. Left it alone for an hour and the room was still cold. No heat at all

Produces good heat.BUTThe power consumption is higher than 350 watts.My unit spiked at OVER SEVEN HUNDRED WATTS (700 W). SEE PICTUREThat is way too much power consumption for my particular application.After about 5 minutes of run time, the power consumption fluctuated between 365 W and 385 W.So...I returned my unit.
