Waste item , No use... Unfit product.. also the service of Amazon is too good that the very same day return request raised but still 15 days no response. . And also ther worst part is directly you can't contact/connect to customer care executives, instead have to choose other reasons false comments/complaints and talk to IVR(machines) then if possible you can connecto to associate to discuss or get help for your issues...My point is people aren't not so educated to undergo this lengthy process for problem either the service provider should make it easy or the customers- people should stop using this sources for shopping.In the market you can see the product , check, preview and purchase if also problem exists you can easily connect and exchange at your comfortable zone.
