I have not used it long enough to tell if any improvement with under eye black circle. But it does make eyes look brighter from the first use.

When I received it, the packaging is slightly open and the product is dry. I read good reviews. Maybe if it wasn’t dry, I’ll use it.

Estupenda compra, no suelo utilizar contorno de ojos pero me recomendaron este ....y lo agradezco. No es denso, fácil de aplicar en cualquier momento y al tener un medio tono naranja parece que da luminosidad y aminorar el oscuro de las ojeras.

Although pricey I use this before applying concealer and it makes a huge difference on my dry and fine line filled undereyes.
