Works great
Touch screen is nice. Picture quality good. Keys a bit clunky. Lots of proprietary software on it. Good value for what it offers tho.

I like it!
Great and fast computer. A bit larger than I wanted, but I needed the TB of storage. The company that updated the storage took my power supply and HDMI cable. After I complained, they sent only a cord and the HDMI cable that didn't fit my computer. Hopefully you won't need a new computer as fast as I did. (Next day after my old computer crashed)

My husband loves it!
My husband loves the large size of this laptop. He loves the touch screen. He loved the speed of it. He is really pleased with this laptop. It does al he needs it to do.

Bought in late March 2024. Around October, it stopped giving the option to connect to networks. No available networks would appear. Took it to Best Buy. They couldn’t fix it. Said it was probably internal hardware issue. Bought an external network adaptor. Was able to get online. Everything worked until tonight when I got blue screen and error that a critical process died. Windows won’t reload. I want to return this POS but HP makes it where you can’t get warranty help. Very frustrated. Do not buy this product.

HP-17 inch laptop
Good laptop for the price. 17 inch screen ia good for watching TV or movies. Good battery life and speed. May be a little heavy for some, but doesn’t seem too bad for its size. Easy to set up.

Works amazingly
All I got the laptop for was to play my favorite sims games. Took me awhile to get everything downloaded from origin, but once I did, I’ve had no issues gaming, and I love it!

Worth the cost
I got this laptop as I did not have enough space on my old laptop to handle the software I needed to run for my university classes. This laptop has ran fantastic since I got it! It has tons of space and runs quickly.
