Todo me encantó, venía súper bien empacada, trae su caja con instructivo, una guía para hacer ejercicio, una cinta que te orienta para el inflado adecuado y la medida marcada, una bomba de inflado portátil. El color me encanto, el material muy resistente, compré la de 55 y yo mido 1.58 cm, me ajusta perfecto.

This ball is perfect. It came with a nice strap to use to make sure you did not over inflate it however the pump that comes with it is useless. I was only able to get it pumped about half way and had to get a different hand held ball pump to inflate and use the ball so be prepared for that. But I love I was able to find an orange exercise ball! It was perfect for my pregnancy exercises and I am looking forward to using it for workouts once I am recovered.

Actual product was far off from description. Followed instructions but ball would not inflate. Needed six more inches to meet accurate size but ball would not allow more air. After posting my one star review, company offered to go over instructions with me on the phone and to refund my purchase. I really appreciate the customer service and their desire to make it right!

The first one ordered clearly had a leak but it was promptly replaced. The inflation directions are difficult. Ignore the band but do let come to room temperature and only inflate a little on day 2. Then on day 3 proceed to inflate and do not push the pump into the ball hole just rest it there. Be sure to put your finger over the hole when you remove the pump, then add the plug. I like the ball it just seems it should be easier to inflate.

For some reason, I noticed a slow air leak coming from a mysterious location in my ball. I reached out to the company via Amazon and within a matter of 2 weeks, I troubleshooted the problem and ended up receiving a brand new exercise ball from the company. I appreciate the responsive and timely customer service. My new ball has been working out wonderfully!
