These are amazing for making mediterranean veg soup... only takes like a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of these in a huge batch of soup.. great flavor and texture and they don't turn to mush. I've made two massive batches of soup and still have oodles of these left for the future.

This ingredient made my dish delish. Easy to cook and incorporate into a lot of different dishes. The toasted flavor was a great enhancement.

Excellent pasta! Used it for inIppoglosso con Fregola allo Zafferano, a delicious dish with halibut, ftregula, saffron, et al. HOWEVER - the the bag says 2 pieces per serving. My guests loved the two little pasta balls they were given, but left hungry for sure. There I thought I had a lifetime supply of fregula.......nope. It was a dinner party for 10. The 20 pieces of pasta were not enough for even a single guest.
