Large Thick heavy durable. As you can see in the photos it’s larger, it’s also heavier and thicker. And to to it all off it’s currently cheaper. I plan to return the Stegodon and order another ALl-TOP.

Time will tell how they hold up, but so far, not bad. Wish they were less expensive, but compared to some other ones, not too bad for what I got.

This is the winch damper I have owned but I like it. The only true way to review this is have a winch line break and evaluate its dampening characteristics. Well I'm sorry but I truly truly hope I never have to test that. I also hope I never have to teat my safety harness and lanyard for the same reason!What I do like is the reflective coating on the sides for visibility when winching. I like the hook and loop fasterners. With one strip at the top that secures around the winch line and a second strip at the bottom that keeps it together holding stuff in. Double secure.I like the pocket inside that hols my snatch block d rings and gloves.I like durable feel.I used it on a practice winch and it worked as it should.

The only downfall that I have about in this item. Was the shipping. I was giving this for a gift. And was a little disappointed that it was not wrapped and its original package. Other than that it’s perfect.

I used it several times to winch out myself or someone else. Works as intended, I used both rocks as well as extra shackles as weight.

The idea of getting hit in the face by a broken winch cable encouraged me to get this. Good size with good velcro to hold it in place. Pocket on one side internal to add weight or store stuff.

Don't use a winch without one!! For a few bucks - this is well worth the price of peace of mind and/or preventing a catastrophic injury or damaging your vehicle. It's easy to stow, there when you need it and easy to deploy.

Looks durable. Hope I won’t need to use it :)
