The media could not be loaded. The pizza dough was incredible! Used it in a Gozney pozza oven and it was better than a restaurant pizza and WAYYYY better than a take out. Definitely worth buying! Will be repurchasing soon. Also had no issues with delivery.

Used the dough today. We normally make fresh 70% hydration dough but tried this. It's probably closer to 60% hydration but it's excellent.

After a 15 hour defrosting and prooving process I expected to get a rounded puck to stretch out not a flat sticky mess. Managed to stetch it out but as it was so wet and sticky no ammount of coarse semolina could prevent the base from sticking to the pale so it was just a total disaster. Aside from the the dough comes in a box filled full off polystyrene stuffing which cannot be recylced, neither can the box when you absolutley cover it in tape. It's dough!!! it doesn't need to come wraped up like a crystal tea set!!! So TLRD rubbish product and not very eco friendly... will stick to pizza express ready to roll!

Unlike other reviews of this dough, mine arrived looking like the dough 'balls' had done ten rounds with Mike Tyson! Duly put them in the freezer to halt any chance of them fully thawing and starting to proof. Took them out the following day at 10AM, by 5PM (at room temp all day), the balls still hadn't proofed anywhere close to being able to be used. by 8PM we'd given up hope of using them at all. The supplied instructions to slow thaw in the fridge for 6 hours followed by 4-5 hours at room temp are waaaay off. Likely won't buy again due to hassle of proofing them from frozen. Consistency of balls in the individual bags were highly irregular lumps, certainly NOT balls.

Firstly I was disappointed it arrived and it had kinda exploded in the bag into one huge blob of mess …. It had over proved in transit! The company did not hesitate in apologising and resending! The dough is excellent quality and made great pizzas and this was my first attempt

Product itself is superb! Great taste and would buy again. There were issues with the courier, meaning my dough balls were delivered 3 days late and were unusable when the arrived. Laura at Woody was superb when I spoke to them and arranged a fresh delivery free of charge! Great guys, great team, great product.
