Clear precise instructions, easy to follow, it arrived in two large boxes and took me 3-4 hours to assemble by myself Interesting point, the nuts, bolts and washers, were precise, with NOT one too many or too less ! Highly recommended and extremely comfortable Very sturdy and looks great Big bonus was the Cover which I was not expecting and is of very high quality

The sofa is really nice, and arrives in two huge boxes. I had no issues with putting it together and I'd say overall it represents good value for money. It took 2 to 3 hours to build, going slowly and carefully along the way. Some bolts are a tight squeeze for the hands to get between certain gaps, but as long as you take your time and do it carefully, all will be well. I'd echo what others have said, the main tip would be to partially tighten all bolts and get them all in place for each rattan panel and then fully tighten when you are confident they are all in the holes and aligned properly. Also using a screw driver with the appropriate allen key attachment is much easier then using the included allen key, especially in the tighter spots. So what's my issue and why the low rating? Well sadly after I'd carefully constructed the sofa, I spotted a large but thin scratch mark on one of the rattan panels. Its an odd mark, almost like a saw blade indentation, probably caused by the factory when cutting the ratten, but who knows. Sadly this wasn't obvious when the package first arrived and although I did a first general inspection I didn't spot it till it was built and in better lightening, but it is prominent. So I reached out to Amazon about the this damage, I sent pictures of the mark and tried a number of ways to resolve things with them including, online chat, email and other communications. I would have been happy with a replacement panel, so I could simply unbolt the scratched one and do a straight swap. If not a part refund would have been ok too. Amazon confirmed no replacement panel was possible and all I could do was send it back. I further explained that this isn't an option as the sofa is huge and now fully built and in situe, taking several hours of my time to construct. Please note :- Other reviewers for the sofa state that Amazon had part refunded them for similar type damage, but I was not given this option. So despite my best and politest efforts to reach some sort of resolution, I just kept getting told to send it back, which as mentioned wasn't possible, due to the size of the sofa, the time it took to construct and the further time it would take to deconstruct, return it and build a replacement. I've raised my case with Amazon complaints via a further email, but several weeks have now passed and I've not had a reply. If by some slim chance I do get a reply and a resolution is offered, I'll update this review. It's a shame as the sofa is otherwise very nice and I'd have liked to give it 5 stars. If you get a undamaged one it's a good buy.

We took a punt on this garden set because it was so reasonably priced, in comparison to what was available in local garden centres and places like The Range etc. We are now in our 2nd year with it and are still delighted we took the risk. It arrived well packaged and on time. The build was straight forward, taking a few hours. It’s a stable set, and easily/comfortably seats 8 adults, and can squeeze 10 in. The cover fits well and protected it over winter. We stored the cushions in our shed, but when they have been caught in a rain shower, the water does run off them well. They are not fully waterproof, but will cope with a light shower. If you are on the fence about buying it, I would go ahead. You will not get a better set for the price anywhere (and I had been everywhere looking).

Perfect, just what we were looking for. Comfortable, good size and quick delivery (next day). Very pleased. Everything was in the packages, nothing missing at all, simple instructions, husband completed this on his own in an hour or two. Looks lovely, sturdy and cushion thickness were padded nicely and fitted well in the seat. Bench and stool cushions fitted nicely with secure fasteners which means they won't keep slipping off. Very nice, seems to be well constructed for the price, all the panels fitted together well, the cushions are nicely padded and it even comes with a cover! It was well packed, two big heavy boxes, the delivery team were excellent and very helpful. It’s really comfy and the table is a good size and sturdy. Can’t really complain for the price. If I could change anything at all, perhaps a higher back, but honestly it’s great value and very nice.
