My dogs love it and that is all that matters to me. The harder side is not as hard as I thought it would be so I can use that also.

Great companies are the ones who actually read their customers' reviews and go to the effort to make things right when something doesn't go as well as hoped.Because this seller stands by their products and reputation, I have changed my review to reflect the great customer support they have given to me. Will now check out their other brushes to hopefully purchase one of them.As at least one other reviewer stated: Bristles Come Out. The handle is fine, the bristles themselves are also fine and the lighter colored bristles were great for my hair. However, both the lighter and darker colored bristles on each side are shedding every time I tried to use it = they are not glued down properly. :(Having them fall out into my hair, into the sink, onto the floor, etc. is not acceptable. So I threw it in the trash. A Complete Waste Of Money. Looking for another brush now = Don't buy it! :(

Works great

I like the stiffness of the boar's hair bristles. However, both coarse and soft bristles immediately began to fall out of the brush with the first use. The size was much smaller than expected.

I bought for my cats it works great

The media could not be loaded. When I opened my brush all I see is yellow stuff on the top of the black brush and the bristles are falling off I’m here to tell you to not buy this because the size and it doesn’t work bristles fall of and I had yellow stuff in my brush

This brush is dual sided so it's like a 2 in one and can help when you need to have all hair up for a pony or braid and it makes it look really clean

I got this from my daughter as a stocking stuffer for Christmas and she absolutely loves it and said it’s been a game changer.
