I am really pleased with this product. I bought it to help with bloating and have been taking it for a few weeks now and have noticed a massive difference. I like that it is all natural ingredients and would definitely recommend to anyone who suffers with bloating. As a result I feel like I have more energy as not feeling sluggish all the time which is a big plus.

Really love this product! It has really helped with bloating and regularly wake up with a flat stomach now rather than lathargic and bloated. Love that it is all natural as well. Often used to use many of these ingredients in juices or with water as a detox drink but so much easier to take it in tablet form and much less faff!

Too harsh for my tum!

I wish amazon still sold the one I used to take it was brilliant. This on the other hand I have actually gained a dress size! I haven’t been eating any differently if anything better then usual. It really doesn’t do much for my IBS at all. Sorry guys but for me it’s awful and i’m Going to stop taking it and try and find another one that works. Wish I could have my money back.
