365 by Whole Foods Market, Vitamin B-50 Complex, Vegan, 180 Capsules

These aren't that hard to swallow. I take one a day and it works great for me. This is a replacement of the B50's Walmart sells from time to time. Hard to find on the shelves now, so I faithfully order online now.

This product is great for helping with my energy levels.

This is a good quality B complex that has the right ratios of all the B vitamins. Easy on the stomach and very effective. I get mental clarity, focus and clean energy with it. Highly recommended for brain support!

Since Trader Joe’s stopped, selling B complex, it’s difficult to find a low cost product as good. 365 B complex does the job and is cost effective.

This is good stuff - got a little pricey though like most things under the current administration!
