Overall an excellent product!It works well with all of the “oils” I’ve tried and is fully compatible with cartridges in addition to the one included.Good battery life for how small it is and charges fairly quickly. Being a “mini” it can be a bit awkward to hold sometimes, but it’s super convenient and easy to fit in your pocket.All 3 modes work great, including the pre-heat mode. I especially the like ability to tap the button 5 times to turn it on and off, as this prevents it from accidentally being turned on in my pocket.The only issue I had was that the charger stopped working, but I believe that that may have been my own fault.It’s possible that I damaged the charger by screwing the battery on too tight, because a low-cost replacement charger charged it no problem and I haven’t had any further issues.

Not an hour after purchasing two of these devices, one of the device’s bottom cover came right off. It is stored out in the open as well. Not a pocket or purse.
