Great yeast for semi-sweet to sweet wines, but this price is exorbitant
I haven't used this for any beers, but I like it a lot for my occasional semi-sweet mead due to it's low alcohol tolerance. This has allowed me to eliminate any need to stop fermentation early or back-sweeten. Unfortunately this price is exorbitant so I have turned elsewhere.
