Chrome Industries Kadet Sling Messenger Bag – Crossbody Backpack for Women and Men w/Quick Release Buckle

Pros: Built Tough, Quality Materials and Construction , Perfect size and comfortable. Cons: Buckle is secure but rattles a bit and I wish would have come with a zippered interior pocket. You have to purchase organizer separately ,I did and am currently waiting on. Overall I would definitely suggest this coming from a seasoned gearhead.

I was looking for something I could sling over my shoulder and take with me on hikes or excursions where I wanted to bring my drone (DJI Flip) and my Osmo Pocket 3 camera. Previously, I’d lug around two little camera bag type things, one for each. However, with this bag, I’m able to do all of that in one go. I keep my DJI flip, controller (RC2) and the three extra batteries in the charger thing, inside of the main compartment. In the front pocket I keep my DJI Osmo pocket 3 (inside of the grip case), the battery extension handle, a little case with various lens filters, and extra USB battery for the camera and my phone. All this gear fills up both of the pockets neatly, and perfectly. What’s better is i just leave all my gear in this bag, so when it’s time, i can just sling it over my shoulder and go. The weight is distributed nicely ( not too heavy) and I like that I won’t stand out when going to places with my gear. I just look like a regular person, but more stylish! The bag thus far has proven to be durable. While I haven’t been caught in a full on rainstorm, I have been in the rain with the bag for an extended period of time. None of the water got into the main compartments. It has made traveling with my gear so easy. I also love the buckle strap. It’s so cool. I’d say you get what you pay for with this bag. It’s great.

This has quickly become my favorite “everyday” bag. It’s the perfect size for a day bag. It can fit a full size 10” iPad. It is a little small to be able to fit full size pads or folders. Keys, phones, first aid kits, tablet or books will be right at home with room to spare. These are perfect for commuters of the two wheeled variety. I commute on my motorcycles in the warm months and this bag is perfect for that. It can hold all my daily stuff and still leave room for extra stuff as needed.

I live this durable bag. It's just the right size if you want to throw some ear buds, jacket, phone, water bottle and head somewhere. I hang my keys from the buckle. It's very functional. I loved this bag so much I ended up buying the slightly bigger version the kadet max. This is a great out and about bad and the kadet max is more of a work/ gym bag. I actually still used this to run to the gym, but it's a little too small to fit a big pair of running shoes and other stuff.

Purchased this back in 2020 and use it often when I need to carry around my belongings to work or when I am out and about and want to travel light. I find that this is a great little bag with the caveat that i got it on sale. Would I pay full retail price for this? Absolutely not. And that is not because of the quality or whatever, but you can find bags that are extremely similiar to this for a fraction of the cost. So in terms of value, this gets 4/5 rather than 5 stars. "Iconic" buckle is a cool novelty, but it can be annoying at times due to the weight. If you're not careful it can scratch things, eg your car or cabinet. The front material on the face of the "Night" Model scuffs up fairly easily and can be a real eyesore. It is capable of holding Ipad mini, a really compact folded jacket, a 16oz water bottle. Glad I got this on sale for $76. It serves my needs for work, looks good, and is convenient.

I got this because I wanted something to carry when I'm riding so I can bring snacks/ drinks. I usually carried a full size Chrome messenger bag but often times it was overkill for what I needed carrying. This is a perfect size. It can fit a large hydroflask size water bottle or 2 tall can gas station beers or Arizona tea cans. The u-lock slot in the back is incredibly useful if you don't have a mount on your bike and don't want to lock it to your belt loops. I don't know if it's all Chrome bags now or just this model but the buckles feel "cheaper". The buckles are way lighter and the metal feels thin compared to my messenger from 2012 but it really isn't an issue at all.

The quality of Chrome bags continue with this Kadet sling. Worth the price as these will last. Absolutely durable and well made that can carry whatever I can stuff into it. It will be my carryall for years and years to come.

chrome industries è sinonimo di garanzia. il kadet 9 litri merita tutti i soldi spesi: fantastico sling, molto capiente, poco pesante. unica pecca (per me che ho anche il kadet max) è la mancanza del "seatbelt buckle" ( il marchio di fabbrica Chrome). per il resto, consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualcosa di veramente originale
