It actually works. Thank God, as I've been looking for something for ages and so far this is the only thing that I can feel is making any difference. Bloating seems to have gone down.. so that's good. Not sure about gas relief as it makes you fart alot

This definately helps with bloat and discomfort, it doesn't seem to help with constipation though. I am ordering my second jar. :)

Although it doesn’t take a hundred percent of the bloat away, it definitely helps! I have sensitive stomach it works great.

I cannot honestly really rate this product because I have only used it one day. I need to use it for a period of days to determine if it will really give me the results I am looking for.

I love this stuff! I’ve been taking it for a few years and feel the difference when I don’t take it. Keeps the bloating down which helps with my IBS stomach pain. No it’s not a miracle worker but any help is much appreciated.
