Difficult directions to program the code for opening the safe. Welds a little sloppy.

A ridiculously good deal on a quality safe. Sure, it isn’t fireproof, or ultra heavy duty like those $2000 safes… but as far as bang for your buck for something to keep your goodies locked away, this just simply can’t be beat. Ultra reliable biometric fingerprint system, great internal layout, comes with motion activated lights and an internal lockbox… This thing is amazing!

This safe is worth every penny! This is not like other economic safes that I have seen, the construction is solid and yes it can be broken in but it will take time and a lot of noise. If I would had seen it at a store for $300 I would have purchased it !! Only con is that the keypad is not illuminated unlike the pictures on post.

This product is very cheaply made.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived packaged very well, and although the outer most layer of cardboard was damaged the inner layer and the safe itself were in great condition. Everything works as advertised - keypad works, fingerprint scanner works (I saved my and my wife's thumb prints, tested and they work great all while blocking non-saved finger prints) and the interior lights work great. It comes with keys for the outside lock and the inner compartment lock. It has 2 holes on the bottom and 3 holes in the back to anchor it to the wall and floor.I guess if a thief really wanted to get in there they could cut it from the sides or back with an angle grinder - but I couldn't care less about that. I got this to keep my kids safe from my guns and for that purpose I think this safe is perfect. Obviously there are better safes out there, but for the price I think this is a solid deal.Edit: After using it for a few days i found that the fingerprint reader isn't as reliable as I had hoped. I'd say the performance is very similar to on-screen fingerprint scanners found on cellphones. But at least the touch sensitive buttons work very well.

Was easy to set up and bolt down. The finger prints were easy to do as well. Also since you have options for 10 finger prints, we did 2 fingers. Was worried as a new product with no reviews but glad we went with this safe.
