I ordered the vest for cool weather running and as a mid layer for cross country skiing. I'm slim at 5 feet 11 inches and 160 pounds, and wanted a vest that was close fitting without being restrictive. I was skeptical of the size chart, as it indicated I should by the Small, but I went ahead and ordered. Much to my surprise, the vest fits me perfectly and is long enough for my height. If one carries more weight, or to wear over a bulky top, then go up a size. Beyond the sizing concern, this is an excellent quality vest for the price. Really like the stretch in the outer fabric and the numerous pockets. I don't think you could match this with a big name product at triple the price!!!

The vest is great, especially for the price. Quality material, nice fleece lining, and functional pockets. I debated the size for probably 30min while reading all the reviews of everyone saying it ran big and to go a size down. I went against my instinct and went a size down, and of course it doesnt fit. Returning now for the size I should have ordered originally. Not sure how everyone saying its big is built, but at 6'2, 230lbs, 50" chest, I typically wear a 2XL, and I should have gotten a 2XL. Get the size you wear, not a size down.

I had to order one size up for a good fit over a flannel shirt. But, these are really nice vests. Not all puffed out like the old style down filler vests. Pockets are zippered and big. Good for passports, phone, wallet, both inside pockets, and zippered front outside pocket. Nice product. Great colors, lightly insulated, and sheds water too. soft and quiet - not noisy nylon. Best I have found.

I am a big "L" so when i first put on the vest I noticed a very nice fit-not snug around the belly, long hem, and large sleeve holes. The second I noticed was the thickness and nice lining. The shell material seams durable and breathable. The liner is a fleece type. Its soft and thick enough to add comfort and warmth. The great thing about this vest are the pockets. The hand pockets are deep and lined so things stay secure and hands stay warm. The two outer pockets are super handy. One had a zipper and the other velcro which is totally handy for me because I am having to constantly put on and take off a mask. 3 inner pockets are also useful. One zippered and two deep pockets. Now, what really makes this vest special is the double zipper in front. It great for when you go to the restroom and have to unbuckle stuff and then tuck in stuff as well as when you are seated driving for long time. The zippers are also top notch and have the little rope doggle for easy grip. Twice as much as the other vest I got but a million times better.

This vest is awesome, it’s my 3rd order. I purchased a blue, then an orange, and this one which is brown. They are true to size and fit and made well. Many pockets with zippers and the last one has an improvement with a zipper at the bottom for sitting or driving…. Warm and I gotten a lot of compliments. I wear one every day and looks great. I would recommend the vest to anyone for outdoor, golf, and just to help keep you warm and dry. My friend suggested it to me and he was right. This vest is everything it says it does. I don’t like puffy jackets, don’t think they look good in work environments. This vest is perfect. Can dress it up, or down. Looks great, comfortable, and keeps me warm. The two outside front chest pockets are a nice touch. I’m going to order another.

Regardless of price, this is about as good a vest as you can buy and I own many. I got a Medium but am 6ft and 190# as I think a vest needs to be slight body hugging. Fit is good. The thickness, number of pockets, and look are top notch. The exterior is not quite as soft as many of my vests but that is how this vest can better block the wind and rain. Seems to be average to above average warmth. This vest will find its home in my golf bag. The warmth, wind resistance and moisture resistance make it ideal. will end with mention that the zippers seem to be more substantial quality then what I might have expected. Time will tell how they hold up.

Very nice color and outter material is good quality. I love all the pockets and draw string. I also like that it's fitted in the back and sides so it's not baggy looking. I bought it for myself- older female for horseback riding. This is give 5 stars. 3 stars for pocket material: I really wish the inner pocket material was made wth different cloth material. This material catches or gets hung up on my dry skin and should also be made of bit more durable material.

Perfect Vest! Tones of pockets, some zippered and velcroed too. Zippers have lasted over 2 years. Washed it about 15 times. Holds up well. It will fade over the years. That's the time to buy another one. Great product! I'd pick one size up for what you think you are.
