I function so much better when I take this. I'm an adult with AuDHD and this helps so much with focus, and greatly decreases my brain fog! It's especially beneficial while I'm at work. If I skip even 1 day, I notice because my focus is gone, the brain fog is the OP final boss and my brain is soup. If I don't take it the 2nd day, its even worse. Moral of the story, prepare your vitamins for the entire week in little jello shot cups and you'll never forget to take them again lol These are honestly great and help so much! Take it consistently and you will see results. If you're not sure if it's working for you, ask someone who's been around you consistently for the past few weeks (bare minimum 2 weeks, and make sure they're someone who pays attention) if they've noticed any change or improvement in you.

This is great for handling stress under pressure. It seems to work better or be more obvious when I'm under pressure.

The product definitely works. I recommend starting with 1 capsule instead of 2 per day, until you feel comfortable increasing the dosage. This stuff makes me anxious and causes stomach discomfort. I feel energized, but some of the negative side effects appear in me. This is with taking 2 a day.

I do notice a subtle increase in energy and also feeling relaxed and calm when i take this. I have zero stomach upset when I take this. I bought mine in February of 2024. I like the sent of it in the bottle, too. Also, it seems better than a Rhodiola extract I bought from Double Tree, which seems to do NOTING, and has zero effect on me that i can tell. Deal is a pretty good deal, most of the time I do like their supplements.

This stuff really works. When my anxiety work kicks in, I pop one of these pills and mellow out in a matter of minutes. If I get stressed or my heart starts racing for any reason, I take two and mellow right out. Amazing results.

I've purchased this item twice now, and the first bottle was great and seemed to help with my mood and energy levels and was really affordable compared to other options. With the second bottle, however, I've experienced digestive cramps and pain in my right upper quadrant. Taking it on a full stomach helps a bit, but I'm unable to continue taking this supplement because of the side effects. High levels of ashwagandha can cause this, but it should not be a problem at this dosage. The lot number on the second bottle is P776513.
