After my trusty Panasonic flosser died, its bulky charging base put me off replacing it with the same model. So I decided to try one of the generic cheap options prevalent here on Amazon. It was ok for the price, but just felt cheap from design to materials, After 3 months it stopped charging. Upon opening it to remove the battery for recycling, I found the insides were all wet. You clearly get what you pay for.Looking for replacement options I stumbled upon the Ordo flosser at what looked to be a fair price compared to the big brandsAnd wow, what a revolution. The flosser is packaged beautifully and almost without plastic while the unit itself is made with the type of material you want to handle in a bathroom. It just oozes thoughtful design.The pros+seems more powerful, but also more gentle than other units i've owned+well considered and ergonomic design (you can't hide from the size and proportions of a water flosser, but this does it well)+button lock for travelling is a very welcome addition+a real company with support and a 2 year warranty+a comprehensive, well written and illustrated instruction manualThe negatives-The buttons are a bit too easy to press accidentally, i wish they had longer travel or were more recessed.-as others have mentioned, the tip storage is far too difficult to open- perhaps this will loosen with useThe tank size is perfect in my opinion, yes you do have to refill it during thorough flossing, but i'd rather this than a larger and heavier unit.In summary, yes you pay a slight premium for the Ordo over generic 'no brand' models, but it is an infinitely better product and in my opinion puts the established brands' pricing to shame.This product absolutely nails it for price and quality.

It’s really quite powerful even on lowest setting, I use this twice a week and floss the rest of the time with string floss. I do this cause my teeth are very sensitive so I can’t use it daily but I still want the powerful clean that this flosser gives.It’s great that two heads come with it, each with its own coloured band… it’s hygienic and means I can share the Flosser with my husband.Pro tip: keep your mouth closed while flossing, spit every few seconds and continue, if you do it with your mouth open the water will go everywhere, use a full tank of water every time to do a really thorough job.

Looks great, works well, but very annoying to refill and tank is not as large as would like. Plenty of modes, battery seems to last well and charges fairly quickly.

Oh dear, it's cheap for a reason. Worked great for 2 months then the pump died. Regular cleaning is impossible as dismantling the tank is not possible without using tools ( obviously this does damage to the brittle plastic, so warranty will be caput). The tank cracked when trying to open and clean it. Repair is not possible and I'm usually very good at fixing things. It's now in the bin. Basically you're paying for a new usb c lead and a fancy drawstring carry bag! Don't waste your money on these.

Edit: changed to 2 stars. It died after 5th charge.Battery life is great, but after last charge, it started to act weird and only pumps for 2 seconds then it flashes yellow. It randomly squirts water now. Kept in bath tub until battery runs out then to the bin it goes.I've had Philips flosser until it died from a drop, which was the best flosser I had.This one looks absolutely beautiful and actually works very well too. Very strong and good battery life.Design of the tank mechanism is not very good though, it takes great efforts to take it apart and water gets easily trapped between on the gaps through put the machine from charging port to refill flap. Any gaps/lines you see on the machine will soon get clogged with lime scale or just water poop/stain.If you don't take out the tank and clean regularly, water will rott with bacteria and will grow nasty and become smelly.It's good when it works but takes a lot of effort to make it look and smell good. Not recommended for easy maintenance

The media could not be loaded. Great water flosser especially for bracesI have just received it ( delivery was fast as well )and works great packaging was excellent and instructions were clear and works very well and travel friendly. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using this for about 6 months now.First impressions are quite nice build quality in hand. Large water capacity, low noise. The ergonomics are good, buttons simple to understand and charging is fast. The different levels of spray power is nice.The issues I’m having relate to the plastic used and charging design.The plastic itself is starting to deteriorate after just 6 months - becoming slightly sticky.The rubber cover for usb-c port now doesn’t seal - which allows for water ingress.I hope a v2 would fix these issues, which would then make this the best water flosser I’ve used.
