I dont have any of the things it's used for like GERD or acid reflux but I am a side sleeper and already i have noticed a huge improvement in my sleep. I feel rested after I wake up now and no longer in pain. Also the pillow stays cool and firm. Never had anything like it until now. Very durable and stable system. Highly recommend you try it. Just be sure to read the instructions so you know how to use it first. Seen a lot of reviews complaining about sliding down the pillow or smushing your face. Note--if you're not used to sleeping in a correct position, yeah it might feel weird at first but that feeling doesn't last long at all. You have to find what works for you. Is it an expensive system? Yes. Is it worth the value? Absolutely!

I'm a side-sleeper and was looking for a way to side-sleep without crushing my shoulders. This product does what it claims to do: gives you a way to position yourself on your side while providing a place for your arm so that your shoulder is comfortable. The dealbreaker is that there is no natural way to roll over or switch sides. A quick google search will tell you that we do this in our sleep 10-40 times a night to aid in circulation and avoid muscle cramps. This cannot be naturally done with this pillow setup, and I found myself consciously waking up and disentangling myself to switch, and this basically destroyed my sleep quality for the night. Further, the main mechanism behind this pillow to aid in shoulder relief is simply elevating the torso on the "ramp" part, which quite frankly was the most uncomfortable part for me, as it's quite hard. The same effect can be accomplished with your own (softer) pillow placed under your torso. I was enthusiastic about it when I first laid in it because my shoulders felt relief, however the cost of waking up throughout the night is not worth it for me. I would happily pay the exorbitant price (and did) for a magical way to relieve my shoulders of the crushing of side-sleeping, but unfortunately this was not magical for me.

I feel compelled to leave a review for this products because I was hesitant to purchase because of the hefty price tag and not many favorable reviews. I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! I suffer from jammed shoulders which have bothered me while sleeping for YEARS!!!! This pillow solved all my problems; the achy shoulders in the a.m., the falling asleep arm problem at night, my aching hips AND my snoring problem!! The first night I used it I woke up feeling so refreshed because I actually slept well!!! For the first time in so very long!! I super love the body pillow that comes with it, I'm not sure how I lived without it for so long! The only downfall of the product is the size. Its BIG (and heavy) !! We have a queen sized bed and now are going to have to get a king size because my husband says he barely has enough room! Oops! Totally worth it though!! For reference I am 5' 5" , 140lbs. The wedge pillow fits my body length perfectly. EDIT: 6 months later the foam started breaking down in the wedge causing me lower back issues. SAD. It *was a dream come true....now its just a useless $200. pillow. I do still use the body pillow, which helps slighty with my shoulders, however, for the price i paid i expected to get more than 6 months use out of the wedge. Back to jammed shoulders, but a painfree lower back.

My husband’s arm falls asleep and he gets neck pain. We thought this might be a great solution, but he said he felt trapped after the first night. Dont get me wrong, it’s comfortable, but it’s cumbersome for people who wake up a few times a night to pee. The photo shows it ended up on the floor switched out for a regular pillow. We mutually agreed that if it was $50 or less we’d keep it, but at $200, it’s not worth it. Returning it after the first night.

I was really hoping this product would help me which is why I didn't mind paying the expensive price for it . I figured, I'll buy it if it'll help me deal w my shoulder pain. It didn't. It caused me more pain. My upper back was sore, my hip was sore & my shoulder pain increased. I ordered a small. I played w positioning it & my body too. It didn't help. It's very large, heavy (for me) & cumbersome. It took over my queen-sized bed. If you're single & don't sleep w anyone, it's fine. But, if you're a couple, your partner isn't going to like it. Impossible to cuddle. If you have a very large king-size bed, it's manageable. Some ppl like it & it's helped them. It didn't help me. The material it's made out of is excellent, there was no odor, & the body pillow is what I liked the best. I ended up returning it. The company was excellent about refunding me my money. I had no issues with that. Id suggest you keep all the packaging material just in case it doesn't work out for you. I'm truly disappointed it didn't work out for me as I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep. It may work out for you. Other people have reviewed it & say it's worked for them. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The company is honest & great about refunding & the material is excellent & odor free.
