Perfect money saver
I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews but these work great. You have to be cautious about placing these in the navage otherwise they won’t seat probably and won’t work. Just follow the directions and take your time putting them in place.

Works Awesome!!!
I just received the Navage silicone inserts, so far, I'm impressed!!! I prefer to use my Baraka infused sea salt with organic essential oils. (which I have been using for 20+ years) It is gentle not harsh feels great when done. I've used the silicone insert for three days so far, I had to figure out where and how it worked. the little square tab has to get behind the hook in the hinge and it's been working ever since. I will write an update once I have to replace the insert to see aprox. how long they last. I really wanted to use my Baraka salt, not knowing what's exactly in the salt pods and so I'm thankful for this insert that allows me to use my trusted salt blend. Thank you

Grear Product and saves money !
I hated having to purchase salt pods from Navage and found that the salt packages from Neilmed to be more cost effective.

Saces money
Using the salt pads allows me to use lower cost saline options. You do need to make sure the salt pads are properly fitted before the Navage will work. The pads are worth the money as they can be used several times.

It works.
Have them a few days now. Works as advertised and easy to put in. I am still using the first one. Exercise a little care opening and closing, seems to work. About 12 to 15 uses so far. I calculated a $160.00 dollar a year savings with 2 a day usage. Absolutely recommend this. I use the Neil Med saline packs, 1 per 8 ounces distilled water. Trusted brand.

Worked great
This is great once you get use to it, don't give up until you have tried at least 2/3 times. Watch a YouTube video to be sure you are doing it correct and lessen your frustration.

Don’t Buy
I tried one this morning and it was horrible! Completely burned my sinuses! Immediately threw them in the garbage!! Ordered the regular Navage pods!

excellent product
I have had this product for 3 weeks now and the first one I put in my Navage is still working. It allows me to use my own saline mixture and I can add my prescription nasal drops to the mix. Having priced out the cost of the Navage saline solution this product is a real money saver.

Update: Great manufactured 'hack' to allow other saline products
The product headline description is very misleading. These are NOT salt pods!! Maybe I ordered these as a pack of 16 thinking they were, but in the end, I came out better off. These are a silicone manufactured pad, the size in photo 1, that allow the electric pump to work when inserted as in photo 2, without using the Navage proprietary salt pods. The Navage pod's plastic case and tin foil top also act to press the two switches 'down', switches shown in photo 3. This allows the user to mix granular saline products with water before pouring the resulting saline solution into the unit. Why there are 16 to a pack I have no idea, but the package then should last for a very long time as each pad can be reused, until perhaps it might become compressed. I remove mine when not in use to prevent this.UPDATE: The insert basically 'wore out', not allowing the switch to be depressed. Basically the unit would not turn on. An estimate as to how many uses before this happened would be around 8 to 10. The insert looks perfectly fine, however inserting a new one allowed the Navage to work. The worn out one will function if, when the lid is 'just about closed' the user can put their finger up, under the lid and depress the second switch located in the upper part of the lid's interior. A 'click' may or may not be heard and the unit may or may not work without a new insert. Or put in a new silicone refill or the proper Navage saline pod.

good for the environment
I purchased these because the salt pod refills are bad for the environment with unnecessary waist. So I'm happy with the reusable silicone refills. You get several because they are quite flimsy and will need to be replaced with regular opening and closing the nasal unit.Top portion is a bit tricky to clean as not all the water drains out of it. If you get Navage Nasal care ... definitely purchase these reusable silicone pods.

Incredible product! Daily use
I use this everyday and it’s so much easier and less messy to use that leaning over a sink with a netty pot. Highly recommend!
