I have been using this product for several years now. It works very fast, and it takes away my aches and pains completely. I have recommended this product to many of my friends, and they all rave about its effectiveness in relieving their pain.I especially like using this because it is plant based and does not interact with any prescription medications.The directions say to dissolve 2 tablets under your tongue (to have it absorb quickly into your bloodstream). I find that it dissolves much faster when I chew it into small pieces and then put them under my tongue.

Honestly, I'm a huge believer in western medicine. It works, as we all can attest to. In terms of herbal remedies, I use plenty of them. Some of them seem to work, others, no difference at all. With that said, regarding T-Relief Extra-Strength Arnica, all I can say is I an now a believer. It works amazingly well as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever for joints/muscles within minutes of taking the supplement. I will also say, as a word of caution to folks considering taking this stuff, be careful not to take too much. I chewed down more than the recommended amount one day (my fault I know) after a very rigorous workout and while my joint/muscle pain was taken care of, unfortunately I had very strong stomach cramps. Apparently this stuff in high doses can cause stomach aches, among other things. Aside from that, as long as you know not to take too much, this stuff really does work.

So you can imagine the daily pain is 60+ year-old goes through on a daily basis. I do have a roll-on concoction that I made out of castor oil in frankincense that seems to help, but you can’t always be rolling it on certain times of the day so I tried this. I’ve only been taking one every four hours, just to see if I would react to it because I have high histamine, but I looked it up just now and it says it does not activate my cell so I just took two. I’ll report back it something’s happening. I mean, it doesn’t take the pain away, but it does take the edge off if that makes any sense so I’m hoping Two will even be better.

I have Fibromyalgia, for those who do not know this disease, it is pain throughout the body even the teeth and nails hurt, caused by the nervous system, it is a constant pain that never goes away, I just wanted some pills that will help me calm the pain, since the pills that the Neorologist sends me do nothing, neither do ibuprofen and acetaminophen, I bought these pills based on the comments, let you know that only one comment was right, the pills do not remove muscle pain, they don't even calm it, In one day I tried to take them 2 times, in total there were 4 pills in one day, nothing happened to me, what was terrible was the next day when I got up, it gave me a strong pain in the stomach with chills and tingling all over my body, I had to sit down, my body started to break out in a cold sweat and I felt very bad, it was horrible, this had never happened to me, I feel bad for the people who have given this to animals, they have no idea what They are doing.
