I am not sure if it is because I am getting better in shape or if these help, but I do seem to have more energy throughout my workout. These are probably the largest pills I've ever taken, and are not for the faint of esophagus; the closest I've gotten to the size of these are other supplements that are at least more rounded while being thinner - at the cost of some extra length.I've only been taking it a few days so far, and can't speak to any noticable boost (and haven't used as a pre-other kind of workout as of yet), but at the cost, I don't know how much of a recommendation I can give unless the price drops, or the effects become more obvious...
