Takes a bit of getting used to, if you're not careful you will waterboard yourself. So far seems to work great. Teeth feel cleaner. Made well and is fairly quiet, fills up easy and tip is easy to change. The water container comes out for cleaning, just pull it. Nice unit. Great price and fast ship. Thanks
