I use the belt 4 times a week for squats, deadlifts and overhead pressing, so far it has held up well. I feel the buckle is a bit on the thin side, but hasn't been an issue. Great support and comfort. It doesn't pinch me when I lift. I feel secure and supported when I lift heavy. Helps to keep my posture correct. I also use this at work. Great belt.

I got my husband two belts to try out and he liked this one better. This one was more comfortable, in general, but the best part was the adjustable waist strap that has several options, and any extra material gets tucked in nice and snug to the rest of the belt. He's a camo guy, so he enjoyed the camo pattern (very on brand for him). He said this belt does its job supporting his lower back and core, and that it looks to be made out of solid material that should last a long time. He would get this one again.

Overall, this lifting belt gets the job done. It provides me with the support in the correct areas without it being too bulky and uncomfortable. It is easily adjustable but the suggested sizes are a bit off. I am a size 34 and I ordered the suggested belt. I would recommend upsizing to the larger belt as there would be a bit more room as I am almost at the end of the belt. Additionally, the Velcro holds quite well on this belt but I do have concerns about the metal clasps. They seem a bit weak IMO and could easily bend however the Velcro holds the belt in place very solidly so I don't know how much of an issue they would be. Simply utilizing thicker clasps would resolve this concern. Overall, I like this belt for it intended use.
