The principle of this game is good and fun for all ages; however, the box we received had chips in at least one of the magnets, which makes me think that if they chip that easily, they may not be suitable for younger users.The main instructions are in Chinese, and although there is a translation, this is in extremely small print (virtually impossible to read) and extremly poor English, not that easy to understand what is actually means "as you and your opponent take turns in banishment, as the players drop their pieces.......when one side out of the hands of all the magnet pieces then win the game" - I have no idea what this actually means, so had to guess!The magnets are very strong, so if the rope boundary is small then they immediately attract, and thus the game is over in a minute or so, or you make the boundary so big that they never attract to each other - so it's a question of finding exactly the right size for the boundary. The sponge is a good idea especially for younger users, but again as the magnets are so strong once you start having to use holes next to each other they all attract to each other and the game is over in one turn.

I loved my personal set so much, I've bought this to gift to someone else over Christmas. It's great fun, easy to pick up, easy to play and even easy to carry with you if you're visiting someone. The set is well made and will provide hours of fun!
