This fireplace is great for adding additional heat especially on cold mornings. The flames are the closest to real flames that ive seen from other displays from a real fireplace. The colors of the flames are adjustable for a personal preference and there are 2 speeds of heating available. The logs didn't exactly look real but most of the attention was on the flames. The assembly was fairly easy and a little time consuming but well worth it. Not all of the parts were exact fitting, leaving small gaps, but a little sanding solved that problem. The completed fireplace was heavy so I recommend assembly close to where it will be placed. It even came with a small tube of touch-up paint which wasn't needed. It arrived in great condition. There were several areas that could be set to personal preference by changing colors, speed and other settings. I highly recommend this fireplace.

Had mixed emotions at first. Like one reviewer said. It comes in two shipments. Mine came at different times during same day so can't complain. Most come in one shipment but after thinking about it I would prefer the electronics of it in a separate, more secure box. Lots of settings and vibrant colors that all others don't have! That's what sold me. It is very realistic and heavy. Pumps out a good amount of low and high heat. With all these fun settings you think they would have had a temperature setting. No. On, off and a timer. No big deal but would have been nice. Now to the modifications. The top doesn't fit completely flat. Yes, even making sure the bolts are tightened. I could see light through the gap so I used half inch thick door weather stripping. The tiny screws given to screw the fire screen into the base don't grip and arent long enough do I used a couple drywall screws. At the end of the day it still gets 5 stars because of its uniqueness and the price. Now I have to turn the heat off after writing this cuz it's hot. Lol which is a good thing. My thermostat is on the ajoinning wall so the house heat won't kick on all the time now. Another plus

The media could not be loaded. I bought this beautiful piece for my daughter it’s added do much charm and character to her living room space. It’s the best quality for the price the only thing that it doesn’t have is the fire popping sound. It heats up instantly. And it was so so easy to put together. I love the performance.

We researched this fireplace. We had to wait quite a while to receive it in 2 separate shipments. The flame appearance is okay but what was the most important to use was the heat that is would put out, which is very little. It has a low and high setting. On high it can be felt about maybe a foot away and it is barely warm. We would of been better off buying one off Market Place like the previous one we had for several years that worked great.

Easy to build ,stones look real.

This item is not level or plum, and there are gaps and small holes. The side walls have to fit into a mound that isn't squared. The electric insert heater does not fit in the opening as seen in the pictured example because the opening isn't squared off and it isn't large enough. I got a dirty unit, which I had to sanitize. The bolts where not easy to screw into the bottom support and top base.... one side went down deeper than the other. I didn't get the color that was pictured, I got all gray. The inside of the fireplace unit is archaically and primitively looking with bulges, mounds and stringy walls. I am having a difficult time figuring out how to keep the heater from falling over, it does not fit through the lumpy, and small front opening. I did install all the side and bottom metal safety brackets onto the heater unit but won't be able to screw it to the front inner sides because the sides are lumpy... they're not level, at all! Again the heater unit does not slide into the opening. I got in touch with the seller... at first I was told that they would send a replacement and that I wouldn't have to bother returning the defective item, but... right after that I'm being told that I must have put it together wrong. I tried to assure them that I am very capable of putting things together. I even told them that I won an award for craftsmanship. Believe me this mantle fireplace would not get an award for being exact in its measurements. I wonder if they are sending their defects out to female Amazon consumers thinking that a female wouldn't complain and that they would be able to get away with not having to replace a defective product. They wanted to see pictures but Amazon customer service told me that they do not have the seller's email nor do they have their phone number. I sent pictures via my Apple phone, I just typed in the name of the company, and off it went. I don't understand how Amazon can have a business where anyone can sell on this platform without ramifications of wrong doing. Seems like Amazon doesn't care about its reputation when they're allowing these sellers to take advantage of the consumer. I believe Pukami did get the pictures I sent but they are not willing to do the right thing given all that I've been through because of this defective purchase.

I like the look of the fireplace and the mantlepiece was very easy and quick to put together. The fireplace, was a real pain install in the mantelpiece. There were no pre-drilled holes in the mantelpiece to attach the frame of the fireplace too. I do not recommend this fireplace unless you have a drill to drill the holes yourself. If the holes had been pre-drilled for the fireplace I would have given this five stars.
