I use to use the GU gels & honey stingers, but I was researching these, tried them out and they’re fantastic! I only have to take 1 pouch every 75 mins compared to 3 GU gels. The GU ones started to make me sick after downing like 5 of them, but these ones don’t make my tummy hurt at all. I also noticed a “sugar high” and “crash” with the others, but just solid steady energy with these. I took one pouch before my 5 mile run yesterday and I didn’t have to bring any extras with me- I felt great during my whole run. The only negative comment I have is the taste of the “original” flavor. I had to chase it with something else because the taste was gross in my opinion. But still giving these 5 stars because everything else is so much more important!

I have tried all the flavors and I think the Strawberry Banana is the best tasting. These gels didn’t upset my stomach and they are lower in calories. I like the fact that this product isn’t filled with caffeine like many other products. Delivery was quick.

These were helpful when I ran my half marathon. I took one every 4 miles and it helped me finish and it was comfortable on my stomach without eating anything.

As a type 1 diabetic and distance runner I need something that can provide me with sustainable energy. I love Ucan products for this. They use good ingredients. The taste is pretty good. It’s easy to carry with me on long run. I feel better and have more energy when I use the gel.

Provides decent energy, however some of the flavors are unappealing. The berry flavored packs were the best. Unflavored definitely had a flavor, and it wasn’t great. Overall, a decent product for the price.
