Worked just as it should have and wasn’t flimsy like some past brands I’ve used.Would recommend and a great price.

It was easy to apply to something that is firm but real life situations it took 1 person holding foam together and another to secure and tighten the Velcro stretch band over condom catheter. I do have to say this helped a lot compared to condom catheter alone, it held in on more secure and stayed in place longer. It might be easier for some men but my dad needed assistance but usually he would only get few hours out of the condom catheter alone so 8 hrs was great improvement.

I'm the caregiver for my disabled husband, who wears a condom (also called sheath or Texas) catheter every night and whenever he leaves the house. He's unable to put it on by himself, so that task falls to me.Although condom catheters have adhesive that is meant to secure them, it doesn't always work well. I'd been securing them with medical tape, which also didn't work well and sometimes cut into the skin if the edge of the tape protruded just a tiny bit from the edge of the catheter. It was hard to wind the tape around securely, and I sometimes had to start over with a new piece of tape.This sheath holder, something I previously didn't know existed, holds the condom in place. Made of soft foam that attaches with velcro, it's amazingly easy to put on or adjust, stays firmly in place, and doesn't cause any cuts or irritation. I washed it by running it under warm water with a bit of foaming soap and then rinsing it. It dried in minutes after I squeezed out the remaining water with a paper towel.I used to dread putting on the catheter each night because it was so hard to get the tape right. This has made my life so much easier, and the process so much safer for my husband. At 12 for $14.97, they are a true bargain, especially since they can be washed. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.

This worked great for my daughter while she was in the children's hospital. I recommend this and if ever needed again, would buy it!
