It's a beautifully made jacket. The zipper seems heavy duty. It's kept me dry a couple times, once in the mountains and at a concert. I'm 6'2 220lb and the XL Tall was perfect. I'm in a hot environment and still felt relatively cool when it was raining wearing this.

This is a very nice jacket, it does run small, so keep that in mind when you pick your size.And if you order in October, for Christmas, have the person try it on when it comes.Saves a lot in price (if you got it on sale) and disappointment on Christmas. If it doesn't fit.
