I replaced my old center top on my 2008 Tahoe with this new one. I am happy with the look of the item. Here are my pros and cons:Con:Does not include instructions - perhaps because it might be different for different models but even if the instructions too you to a website - it would be best. So I had to find instructions somewhere on youtube hoping it pertained to this product.Have to press top closed. Tiny bit harder to close.Pros abound:Looks Great!Was easy to install once you found instructions. Some people say the screws don't line up. The trick for me is that you always start every screw without tightening until it is set. So my screws lined up perfectly. Additionally, the screws I removed were flat and the screws included were pointed making it easier to install.Would I recommend it - you bet! It is functional and worth the price.

Fit perfect on my 09 chevy silverado had no issues with alignment or latching. Very good replacement.

Matched perfectly and was easy to install. Price was reasonable and it was sturdy and built well. It opens the way it is supposed to as well.

The color is perfect but kinda a pain to install. Zero instructions. The plastic is pretty brittle as a couple of the screws broke the plastic out when assembling and you have to slam it pretty good to get it to latch

Exactly as described

I’ve attached a before and after pic. Very easy installation after finding a YouTube video to guide me on the removal process for a 2009 Tahoe. Only one of the predrilled screw holes on the new armrest dis not match up to the vehicles hinge but that was a minor issue aas there are a total of 4 screws to attach the hinge so it is still very sturdy. The lid closes and grabs the locking mechanism as it is supposed to but the locking hook is not as long as the original armrest- but still works although you need to push it down a little harder to have it click. Again, a minor difference. Overall very happy with the purchase and hoping it holds up through the changes in temperature over time. So far, I would definitely recommend this purchase especially for the price and overall improvement to a worn/cracked original unit.
