First day of use and the freaking thing is falling apart carburetor broke from the metal pipe that connects into the engine the little fuel receiver thing also fall off on. The first day of using the jumping jack just with the vibration also the stupid machine kept on shutting down every 10 to 20 mintsUntil it finally die on the first day of workI contacted the manufacturer right away via email trough the contact info Amazon provided on their customer support portal not ones but several times and they have t replied not onesThey just won’t get back to us

I'm owner builder'ing an ADU and there's quite a lot of ground prep to be done. Rentals are crazy expensive and having it around on the job site seemed essential. After finding this on Amazon at the price of a two week rental I decided to give it a shot.It arrived in two days, very well packaged. Assembly was easy and is mainly attaching the handle and filling with oil and gas. Unfortunately it didn't start out of the box and after some investigation I found a pinched fuel line. SuperHandy were very responsive and made sure I was taken care of and importantly will be checking their inventory for similar problems.After getting it running it does great. My only gripe is that the fuel cap is under a cover meaning you can't really see the level. I'll be hanging on to it for a few more projects and it will have more than earned it's keep!

Followed the instructions exactly getting it set up. It worked well for about 20 minutes. Then it just stopped. The engine runs fine but the machine will not tamp. The lower unit stays in place and will not move when the engine is running and accelerated. After more than a week of back and forth over 9 emails and their solution was to send me a basic trouble shooting guide to start the engine. Again the engine runs the machine itself does not work. At this point it seems like the only option is to call ym credit card and dispute the charge with them.

the item would not start, despite many attempts, we discovered that the short fuel line was pinched from the tank to the carburetor, once we un pinched the line the item worked great, we had to get a longer 1/4" hose to make the line not kink so fuel could flow through.

I uesed it once. Went to ues it a week later and it would not start. Now I have to take it to get looked at to get it fixed.

Tamper was delivered on time and boxed well. However, after assembly per instructions provided, adding proper oil and fuel to correct levels, Tamper would not start. No spark coming through coil. Tried calling support phone line... waited on hold til' it made me leave a message.... no call back as of yet.So far, wish I would have just purchased a used one off market place or offer up.2-25-25
