Laser Dinghy Sailboat Deck Cover - Tailored, Waterproof & Breathable - Grey

I was hoping that this cover would fit my RS Feva sailboat. It fits great! It's just a bit long but can just tuck the extra length underneath; the width is perfect. The initial quality appears really nice.

Just received and installed the covers on my ‘86 Laser standards. This appears to be a quality lightweight topside cover. It is reinforced appropriately with the exception of the traveler clamcleat and has straps as well as a perimeter bungee. It fits very well and appears that it would be ok to trailer.Though the fit is precise, all 3 spars lay nicely under the cover.This cover is a good value. Time will tell as to longevity.This cover will NOT work as a hull cover.

Purchased in July of 2023. I am writing this review in October, 2024. The cover is already desintegrating. We live in the Annapolis area, so no tropical sun and I keep my Laser boat in a shaded area. Althoug the cover is a perfect fit and the fabric is heavy, it cannot withstand weathering. I do not recommend this product.

I received this in 10 days straight from China. I just put the cover on the laser and it is spectacular. It fits perfectly on my '93 and has a bungee shock cord around the perimeter. It included an opening for the front cleat with a velcro flap to cover that opening! There are reinforced areas where needed and tie downs all around. Wow, what a great purchase, I would HIGHLY recommend this cover.

Got here faster than expected. Very impressed with the fit of the cover and the reinforcements over cleats. Was surprised and very happy that there is a patch that velcro around the bow eye opening so you can keep it completely closed. Big snow expected this week and my only concern is longevity. Saw a review that said the cover became brittle from weather, will update accordingly if so, but for now totally happy.

Please note that I’ve contacted the company and they were great to work with - agreed to replace the cover at cost despite being out of warranty.Purchased this cover in Dec 2019 as a Christmas gift for my son who was actively sailing our laser at the time. The cover went on in Jan 2020 and fit the laser perfectly, but one of the clips broke immediately; I contacted the company and they were willing to send a replacement clip but I would have had to sew the strap to hold it and I never followed up (we just tied the strap off instead of clipping). In the fall of 2020, and we notice there are rips in the cover… it had been covered all season, my son had not been able to sail that year. Thought maybe something had gotten underneath and fought its way out, so we used tent repair tape on the cover. Flash forward to fall 2021, and there are more rips. On closer inspection it is clear that this cover is just not holding up to the mid-Atlantic coastal weather. The boat is under a covered boat shed, but does experience wind and some rain (if it comes sideways) - but I would have expected a cover like this to last longer than 2 years under these conditions. Makes me wonder how it would have held up if the cover were actually coming on/off frequently.
