Q: Do you have to cut them for fitting?

No- Ive had two pairs of Move insoles and both fit without any alterations in about 4 pairs of sneakers. The sneakers were Adidas Dame 7s and Adidas Dame Certifieds (all size 12.5 shoes, the insoles say size 12/12.5). Hope that helps!

Q: Do the Move insoles work with drop in midsoles?

Didn't work for me. Sent them back for refund, try them u can always return for refund

Q: Are these insoles good for high arches?

Have low arches so they hurt, maybe good for high ones, you can return them
