I never attempted sealing anything in the garden area which is blocked . On a 4 year old paved path? I did a test on a small area gave it 24 hour to dry and hit it with hose impressed the way the water ran off. The next day my wife and I got down to business and completed the job gave it 6 hours to dry then added a second coat? We believe it was value for money and it enhanced the block work . The only thing was the tin was dented on arrival. However, we put that down to the delivery company.

Very good drive came up really good two coats needed. Used 3 tins just enough. Seals well over kiln sand we did a good job even if I say so myself.

Did not like the smell. Appropriate mask strongly advised. First coat soaked up by sand and blocks. Sand dries hard following one coat however second coat easier to apply as no moving sand and following first coat blocks less porous so coverage better. Slight silk effect after second coat, certainly does not have wet look shine which was fine for us. I suspect third coat would increase effect but is expensive. Good support from customer services as we were short one tin and they quickly send out another. I doubt it will completely stop weeds coming back however the sand being so hard will hopefully provide a deterrent to their return.

Was easy to apply. Jet washed and cleaned the block paving first. Used a brush to apply the seal around the edges the rest with a roller on a long handle. The finished result is great. The paving looks like new, even though it is 20 + years old. A lovely sparkle especially when the sun shines on it. Only a couple of weeks since applied, but so far no weeds coming through. If that continues worth every penny.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. 10 out of 10

It was easy to use, my fault bought Matte, needed a wet effect

Used this twice in the last 8 years and will use again in the future. Our driveway still looks new. Blocks jet washed, deweeded, resanded then sealed

I tried a sample of the silk and the matt on a couple of spare blocks. Easy to use, however the finish was the same for both types. Expensive!!
