quick and certain response away from home
The quick response getting a power supply sent to my hotel was so welcome. I was able to use my CPAP that evening. I had contacted many suppliers in the city and no one could help me. I am so very grateful to this company for helping me. Now I have a spare when I am at home and security with my medical gear.

Had the battery for about 6 weeks when it started overheating and shutting off during its use. Unfortunately the return date has passed and I can't return it or get reimbursed for it!

Great Backup Power Supply
This AC adapter works with my ResMed AirSense10 CPAP machine, providing 24 volts DC at up to 3.75 amps, just like the unit that came with my CPAP. Connectors are compatible. In fact, this actually appears to be an OEM ResMed power supply; at least it is labeled as such. In any case, it works perfectly. I'm using it when I travel. At home, my CPAP's power supply is plugged in behind a bedside table. Removing and reinstalling the power supply requires moving the table and re-routing the cable. With this backup supply, permanently stored in the CPAP's carrying case, I can leave the bedroom wiring in place, and use this one when away from home.I'm very pleased with this order, and recommend it for your use.

Quality power supply
I used this power supply to run 24V LED strips. It provides plenty of power for this application. The LED recommended at least a 75W supply, and this barely gets warm after providing power all day, running the LEDs at maximum brightness. I like the quick release connector between the AC plug and the adapter, as while I was testing, my kids tripped over the cord several times. Instead of knocking my stuff off the table, it simply unplugged. I think this would be very useful for running a CPAP as well, so if someone trips over the cord, it doesn't send your expensive medical device flying.
